    We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

    If you want to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at hello@stylcase.com. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

    WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and have been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.

    We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

    Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

    Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

    The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

    Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.

    Shipping expenses depend on the country you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.

    Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

    iPhone and Samsung cases typically have a production time of 2-3 business days, while AirPods cases and laptop sleeves can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. If your item is taking longer than usual to ship, pleasecontact usand we will get your order shipped immediately.

    The estimated delivery time has passed and I have not received my order. What do I do?

    If it has been 10 days past the estimated date and you have not received your order, pleasecontact usand we will immediately offer you a solution. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery times are not guarantees and can be affected by a number of factors such as customs delays or facility closures due to COVID-19. Unfortunately this is not something that we can control.

    What are your cases made of?

    Our snap cases are made of hard plastic (polycarbonate), and our tough cases are dual-layer, made of shock-absorbing TPU inside and outside is hard plastic (polycarbonate) shell.

    What is the difference between a snap case and a tough case?

    A snap case contains one layer of hard plastic (polycarbonate), it is slim, glossy and will fit in your pocket with ease. A tough case contains all the features of a snap case but with an additional inside layer of shock-absorbing TPU. Drop tested at 8 feet high, the tough case adds some serious protection without adding any bulk.

    Which phone models do you have cases for?

    We make cases for all iPhones starting from the iPhone 6 and all Samsung Galaxy phones starting from the S7 (excluding the Galaxy A series).
