Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping Worldwide when purchasing 2 or more products.
  • For orders under 2 items, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Rural Delivery: Please note that rural delivery carries an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout if applicable.

International Shipping
We offer the following international shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (typically 7-15 business days for most other destinations that we ship to)

Shipping delays are out of our control, and these may be due to Pulice Holidays, weather events, pandemics etc.

Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order (e.g., incorrect shipping address, lost packages), please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
